By devolution vide section 8 read with sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Karnataka Civil Services Act, 1978 (Karnataka Act 14 of 1990), the Government of Karnataka intends to amend the Karnataka Education Department Services (Public Education Department) (Recruitment) Rules, 1967 as follows, for the information of all persons who may be affected by the said Act. It is hereby published as required in clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section-3. And it is hereby informed that the said draft amended rules shall be taken into consideration after 15 days from the date of their publication in the Karnataka Gazette.
